STALLHOLDER TRADING GUIDELINES
Knitfest – Yarn and Fibre Arts Festival, Maple St, Maleny
Sat 3rd July -9am – 5pm
Sun 4th July – 9am – 4pm
Knitfest Central (Maleny Primary School Hall) will be open from 7am Sat 3rd July, to set up. You can also set up on Fri during the day from 12pm. Knitfest has security at the event but is not held responsible for any theft or damage at the event although every care will be taken.
Stall bookings cancelled after 5pm Wednesday 23rd June, 2021, will not be refunded. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be made to stall holders. If the event is postponed due to inclement weather and you are not able to make the new date, your stall fee will be fully refunded.
Qld Health advise that stallholders should use a topless marquee with walls or a stand set up that is shoulder height. Outdoor Stallholders must provide their own marquee. Management does not provide any stall equipment for hire or loan.
Knitfest will operate in varying weather conditions and stallholders must be prepared for adverse weather. Management will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever resulting from adverse weather conditions.
No animals are permitted at Knitfest as it is held on Council and Govt land.
Stallholders are required to remove their own rubbish and waste from their immediate stall location. Stallholders are responsible for leaving their site and surrounding area clean, tidy and undamaged.
All Food Vendors must hold current licences for the Sunshine Coast Council and outdoor vendors must hold a current Public Liability Certificate for $20 million cover. All licences and certificates must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with your Trade Stall Application.
