To make up
Cut your yarn leaving a 30cm tail. Using a wool needle or tapestry needle, carefully thread it thru the remaining stitches left on the needle. Slide the stitches off the knitting needle and pull the yarn up tight thru the loops, therefore bringing the sides of the beanie together. Sew the side seams up using either overstitch, mattress stitch or backstitch. If you are making a turn up brim, don’t forget to reverse the stitching so the stitches won’t show on the right side.
