These are our competitions for 2020. Our theme for this year is ‘There’s a Dragon in my Garden’.
Our prizes will go to:
Category 1: – Best Tree Decoration/Tree Cosy – Community Groups and Business’s
Category 2: – Best Beanie
Category 3: – Best Wearable Item
Category 4: – Best Item made to theme – ‘There’s a Dragon in my Garden’
Category 5 – Best Tea Cosy
Entry fees: $5 per entry. You can enter as many times as you like.
All work must be handmade by the individual or group entering. It must be made of yarn or fibre. Items in Category 2, 3 must be wearable.
Entries for Category 1 must be installed between Wed July 1st and Fri July 3rd. Please list 1st and 2nd choices for Trees to decorate on your entry form.
Entries in Category 2-5, all entries must be received by 5pm Thurs July 2nd for judging
To get you started, we have free patterns for basic beanies, scarves and tea cosies, on our website.
Entries received after these dates will not be judged.
